When I researched my book The Edge [http://amzn.to/2jIyvP9], I asked dozens of super successful people if they practiced a daily routine. It’s no surprise that most did.
For some, it was early morning exercise and meditation. For others, it was completing their must-do list for the next day before they finished the last one. One of my favourites was the 80-year-old who ended the day with a wee dram of single malt whisky. She had done so every day for the last 60 years.
Mine is completing my Grateful List - frequently written, sometimes shared … but never forgotten. It’s such a simple idea. At the end of each day I list 5 things to be grateful for; it often acts as the lens I need to put everything into perspective.
Tonight, one of my five will be that I am grateful you read my newsletters. My open and read rate is still extremely high and I really do appreciate your interest.
