What a week!
We are careering towards the end of February, Brilliant Ai is being tricky(still not ready to launch), it’s Christine’s birthday tomorrow and I have a newbook coming out in a few weeks! I have a new daily health routine that takes 90minutes. And still have a load of stuff on my list.
Something needs to give.
But what?
Are you faced with times like this?
Here’s what I do.
Go back to my core values, rewrite my Must Do (don’t use todo) list and create a new top 5 Must Dos based on my values first.
That means.
1. Wife
2. Health
3. Book
4. Writing
5. Office tidy (it looks like a teenager's bedroom)
The next time you’re feeling overwhelmed with the sheeramount of stuff, create a values-based Must Do List.
I feel better and I haven’t started the items on the listyet!
